construction firm located in the heart of Downtown Detroit
offering project management, design/build and pre-construction
management services to a diversified client base throughout
the state of Michigan and across the Midwest. We specialize
in construction projects in the commercial, healthcare,
industrial and educational
industries.
Established in 1998, Devon Industrial Group has grown
to become a $50 million a year company. But the company’s
foundation was laid in 1996, as a result of a mentoring
relationship between Devon Contracting, a minority
construction supplier and Walbridge Aldinger, one
of the nation’s largest construction firms,
also headquartered in Detroit. In the years that followed,
the partnership proved beneficial and in response
to their automotive clients desire to expand their
relationship with minority firms and tackle larger
construction projects, Devon Industrial Group (DIG)
was formed, with Devon Contracting as the controlling
partner.
Over the last ten years, Devon has built its reputation
on developing construction solutions for the most
demanding of projects while also focusing on safety
and quality. This unrelenting focus is the direct
result of the diverse backgrounds of its principals
and the thinking behind its mission.
