Honda Ohio Data Center

Devon Industrial Group is performing design build services for a new Data Center at the Honda of America Marysville Campus. Areas within the Data Center include a lobby/meeting area, controlled security room, office and conference area, a break area including kitchenette, a washroom and locker rooms for 20 employees, as well as a central receiving and clean unpack area.  Operation critical areas include the Mechanical Room, Electrical room including Battery room, two POE rooms, Data Floor and Mechanical yard all of which have additional measures of security internal to the building.

Key requirements to the design were for an EF3 protected and operational facility.  The exterior structure was built to withstand all typical and projected weather patterns for the area.  The data floor had to support a 2MW load for IT related power
